The Client

The Chandler Ostrich Festival is a major community event in Arizona, drawing over 250,000 guests for music, food, rides, and family programming. It brings together locals and tourists alike for three days of nonstop activity.

The Challenge

The festival team needed a single platform to manage entry, wristbands, vendor credentials, and high-volume transactions. Accuracy, speed, and real-time oversight were key to keeping the entire operation on track.

The Results

WRSTBND issued 120,000 wristbands, processed over 300,000 scans, and supported millions in transactions. Our tech enabled fast entry, controlled access, and reliable cashless payments across the site, helping organizers deliver a high-impact experience at scale.
