The Client

CIAA Fan Fest is a central part of the CIAA Basketball Tournament Week, hosted at the Baltimore Convention Center. This free, two-day event draws thousands for music, games, sponsor activations, and family-focused programming.

The Challenge

Free events often lack detailed attendee data, limiting insight for organizers and sponsors. CIAA needed a way to register thousands of guests, manage on-site access, and gather demographic data without requiring ticket sales or limiting accessibility.

The Results

WRSTBND deployed a registration and scanning platform that managed attendee flow and collected detailed audience insights. Organizers gained a clearer picture of who attended, and sponsors received actionable data to shape future engagement strategies.
