The Client

In the lead-up to the College Football Playoff National Championship, CFP hosts fan events like Playoff Fan Central, CFP House, and the Playoff Pregame Party. These activations attract tens of thousands of fans across multiple venues.

The Challenge

To handle high volumes and keep lines moving, CFP needed a digital solution for waiver completion, on-site credentialing, and real-time attendee tracking. Manual processing wasn’t fast enough to support first-come-first-served activations.

The Results

WRSTBND processed over 25,000 digital waivers and issued credentials instantly. The platform gave organizers real-time data on crowd flow and participation, helping them make informed decisions throughout the event series.
