How it works

STEP 1: AFTER PURCHASE

Install your mobile Passport

Instead of a wristband or PDF ticket, you are provided an “Add to Wallet” link, installing the ticket, credential, or cashless payment method directly to your device's native digital wallet. Passport uses a secure system that encrypts tickets, credentials, and cashless payment methods directly onto your phone. Transfer multiple passes to your friends easily by sending them a simple link.

STEP 2: NEAR THE ENTRANCE

Your ticket shows up, automatically.

Our smart system detects that you are near the entrance and a notification to your ticket shows up on your device's lock screen. Tap the notification, and your ticket is shown on your screen, ready to use.  

STEP 3: AS YOU ENTER

Wave your phone over the scanner.

Simply wave your phone near the scanner.  A green light indicates you are good to enter the event. Our scanners are designed to allow for completely contactless entry.  They can be mounted anywhere and over 100 LEDs and a loud audio response allow the security team to monitor from a safe distance. 

STEP 4: EVENT EXPERIENCES

All the fun, not the baggage.

Securely pay for event food, drinks, and activations with a swipe of your phone. No cards, apps, or long lines needed.  Our smart system detects that when you are near a vendor or special activation. A notification with custom experiences and vendor deals shows up on your device's lock screen. Instantly upgrade passes or credentials without needing to go to the box office.
