Buffalo Trace Distillery hosts 300,000+ annual visitors for tours, tastings, and exclusive events. As demand surged, the team needed a registration and data system that enhanced the guest experience while delivering operational insights for partners and sponsors.

Managing high-volume tours required a booking system that felt high-end while keeping things moving. With free experiences and limited space, capturing guest data—from tasting preferences to engagement—was essential.
The Results
