Celebration in the Oaks is City Park’s largest annual fundraiser, drawing over 185,000 visitors for a holiday light show and driving tour. The event is central to the park’s ability to fund ongoing maintenance and operations.
The Challenge
With thousands of cars passing through each night, the event needed a way to manage high-speed entry and prevent traffic bottlenecks. Live revenue tracking and ticket control were essential to avoid overcrowding and maximize impact.
The Results
