The Client

VeeCon brings together visionaries, entrepreneurs, and creators to explore the latest in Web3, NFTs, and emerging technology. As a forward-looking, digital-first event, it needed tech that could match its community’s expectations for speed, ease, and security.

The Challenge

With a diverse mix of attendees, vendors, and staff, VeeCon required a fully digital, efficient solution for reliable verification and real-time credentialing across multiple areas, with seamless updates and zero friction during check-in.

The Results

WRSTBND launched a mobile credentialing system that let attendees, staff, and vendors manage their passes via phone. Real-time scanning and updates reduced wait times and simplified entry, while backend data gave organizers insight into attendee behavior.
