The Story

The Client

The USGA Fan Experience is built to give fans more ways to interact, offering interactive stations, photo ops, and youth sports activations. USGA needed a quicker, smarter way to track fan participation and collect data.

The Challenge

Fans had to re-enter their info at each activation, and having multiple passes on one device made tracking difficult. The solution had to include a frictionless, mobile-first registration and engagement system.

The Results

WRSTBND launched a digital wallet pass system where fans scanned a QR code, registered once, and instantly received their pass. Over 15,000 fans were registered, and USGA gained valuable first-party data to understand engagement like never before.
